National Conference on Special Education

Our president, Mrs. Ditas Martelino presented the Society`s advocacy, programs and services during the National Conference on Special Children with Developmental Disabilities last May 22 - 23 at the Quezon City Sports Club. She was invited, along with the presidents of Autism Society of the Philippines, Down Syndrome Association of the Philippines, Special Olympics Committee and Reading Association of the Philippines to help strengthen professional collaboration among the different institutions and organizations concerned with children with special needs. The event was organized by the Philippine Women`s University - Jasms, Quezon City.
